Situated between the Snake River and the Ketchum river, Eagle is on the south rim of the Ketchum canyon and sits south of the Ponderosa mountains. This locale provides an excellent place for a break from big city living or the Idaho heat. With its small-town atmosphere, Eagle offers easy access to nearby cities such as Corning, Idaho, and Elko, Idaho, while also offering a great way to get away from it all with outdoor activities and scenery. Although small-town charm may be lacking, Eagle does have one of the best golf courses in Idaho, Sunlight Country Club, and several beginner golf clubs for newcomers.
