Inspect

Every area and every home is different, and will attract different pest species. We will get info from the homeowner and if necessary, inspect your property so we know the potential pests to be aware of. You know your property much better than we do, so we will ask questions to ascertain what pests are present.

Plan

Once we understand what we're up against, we will customize treatment products and methods to make the best pest control plan of attack for your home and property. Homeowners often call after weeks or months of trying to battle on their own - this is usually due to misidentification.

Treat

Unless inside service is requested, regular outside treatments are usually sufficient to ward off invaders. If they come back, so will we - absolutely free. We have many products and methods in our arsenal, so multiple treatments may be necessary to bring pest populations down to a tolerable level.

Our Pest Control Process

We apply products that pests will not cross in order to create a barrier around your home against future infestation, specifically inside cracks and crevices pests might use to get inside but where water is not accessible. We can treat the plumbing areas in the interior using the dust product as well. (We can also use a liquid residual product on the interior if necessary.)

Next, we will use a liquid residual product around your home’s exterior. We will use that material in specific areas that we know the pests will try to access the property. We treat the foundation, the windows, and doors, and we pay attention to other places to put this material such as mulch beds and other conducive areas. When we identify entry points, we'll treat those areas and advise the homeowner on sealing them with caulk, wire mesh, or another type of sealing material. We will also look for points that will require exclusion. If a carpenter is necessary to fix the problem, we’ll be able to recommend one. We will also make recommendations about conducive conditions such as trimming tree limbs, cleaning out gutters, etc.

We will then sweep and knock down spider webs and stinging insect nests, as well as any other signs of pest activity we can physically reach.

Depending on the season, we will apply granular product(s) around the exterior of your home to stop pests from getting to the foundation. We can also use baits around the exterior for pests that will eventually find their way to your property.

Our current plans cover 50+ pest species and we will come back to treat at no additional cost if necessary.
